Antigua and Barbuda Weather Forecast
Live weather data for Antigua and Barbuda powered by Weather Scope
Antigua and Barbuda is a twin-island nation in the Leeward Islands with a tropical maritime climate and relatively low rainfall compared to its volcanic neighbors. Temperatures average 25°C to 30°C year-round.
The dry season runs from January to April. The wetter months from August to November bring tropical moisture and the peak of hurricane season. Annual rainfall averages about 1,100 mm, making Antigua one of the drier Caribbean islands.
The islands are fully exposed to Atlantic hurricane tracks. Hurricane Irma in 2017 devastated Barbuda, forcing a temporary evacuation of the entire island.
