URL parameters
The builder above writes these for you, but you can also compose an embed URL by hand. Base URL: https://weatherscope.app/embed/map. Every parameter is optional; an invalid value falls back to its default rather than breaking the map.

Talking to the embed
The frame posts its view to the parent page whenever it settles, and accepts a couple of messages back — handy for syncing it with your own UI.

- The embed is free for personal, editorial and commercial websites. Keep the WeatherScope badge visible and unobscured — it is the attribution the embed is offered under.
- Don't wrap the embed in a way that hides, crops or overlays the badge, and don't present the map as your own product.
- Automated screenshotting or scraping of the embed, and embedding at very high request volumes, may be rate-limited. For high-traffic or white-label use, get in touch.
- Weather data is provided as-is for general information — not for safety-of-life decisions. Data availability and layer coverage can change without notice.
