What to write to us about
- App or website help: tell us your device and app version, or the page address, and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
- Subscriptions and billing: Premium bought in the App Store or Google Play is managed in your phone's store settings; Premium bought on this website is managed from your account. For anything else, email us.
- Corrections: if a forecast page or a blog post has something wrong, send us the link and what you think is wrong. We check it against the official source and fix it.
- Privacy requests: to see, correct or delete your data, email us; see our Privacy Policy.
- Press, partnerships and embedding: press assets are in our press kit; to put our radar on your site, use Embed the Map.
Before you write
Many questions are answered in our FAQ. If the app is not updating, check that it has an internet connection and permission to use your location, then restart it.
